Chairman, Cllr David Noyes addresses fellow councillors friends and family.
Cllr Noyes has had a spectacular year as Chairman, attending hundreds of functions and events and chairing many council committee meetings. He, with Fran his partner, has raised over £5000 for his charities. A magnificent achievement. The Mayor and Mayoress of Evesham attended, in Cllr Andrew Dyke's capacity as a Wychavon District Councillor
